Hi Dal,

I just wanted to thank you for your preparation material for the GAMSAT exam.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but I think your practice exams were exactly what I needed to improve my speed during the gamsat exam. This year was the first time I've ever finished the gamsat exam without having to guess a bunch of questions at the end. In previous years I had done D... O'...'s course and I consistantly obtained a Gamsat result around the 60 mark, however after doing your practice exams my mark jumped to 65, which is in the the top 10%.

Hi Dal.
HOpe things are well with you. To say things are well with me is a bit of an understatement. Having put in what I thought was an abysmal performance in GAMSAT, imagine my surprise when I receive notice from St George's that they want to interview me!! AHHHHHHH!!!!!!

I scored
63 in social science reasoning,
69 in the writing task, and
61 in science section.

Overall that gave me 63 which was enough for an interview. As if that wasn't good enough news....in the last few days I have had offers for interview from Southampton and Nottingham. So far, 4 applications, 3
interviews!!!

Dal,

I got an interview at Melbourne University. Thankyou very much for your help in the preparation for the GAMSAT. If there are any tips you have for interview preparation they would be most appreciated. I think it was a bit of a gamble applying for Melbourne, but it paid off. I'm so relieved.

Thankyou again
Sam

Dal,

Fantastic news, I've been accepted into Melbourne University. Thankyou so much for your help, I'm sure that I will be forever grateful. The interview was fine, as reflected in the fact that I was accepted.
Sam

Hi Dal!

I hope you are well- I am writing to let you know I got 60% overall in the GAMSAT and I have been offered a place to study vet. Thank you for your help.

Deirdre.

Hello Dal

Just a line to let you know that I found out on Friday that I have been accepted to do veterinary science at UCD, here in Dublin.

Thanks Dal. All the best

Dear Dal,
Many thanks for your assistance earlier in the year. Just to help update your stats. I was sucessful in GAMSAT and gaining a place at Sydney University commencing 2003.
Many thanks,
Nat R

Just a quick note to say thank you. Having bought all of your practise tests last year I managed to work through most of them by the time GAMSAT came around. My result has put me well above the minimum score required to secure an interview at the two medical schools using GAMSAT in the UK. I've got an interview on April 1st.

Thanks again.

Regards,
Fiona

Hello guys

Just a quick note to say a huge thank you for your excellent service.

I prepared for Gamsat here in the UK by following your recommended schedule and using you pre prepared tests. I did all ten, to time and revised the areas I got wrong each time.

Well......... I received offers from all three Gamsat Universities St George's, Nottingham and Peninsular! I have accepted the offer from St G's.

I know without any doubt it was your papers and guidance notes that not only provided me with the material I needed but also gave the necessary structure to the preparatory period.

So after months of stress and strain I am now relaxing and looking forward to starting medical school in the Autumn.

I'll have a drink on you guys very soon!

Hi Dal,

I purchase your practice papers two year ago, it took me two tries at the GAMSAT, I didn't have your practice paper the first time. But it was worth it. I got into UQ.

Thanks Dal,

Sarah

Hi Dal,

Just a short note to let you know that I've been offered a place at Nottingham Medical School. The notes on interview preparation that you sent me were very useful, although I must admit that I didn't think the interview
went well at all. It was very formulaic and included several questions on what makes a good doctor (including 'what do patients expect from their doctor?' 'What do the public expect from doctors?' as two separate questions in addition to 'what skills are required to be a good doctor?').

Generally I found the products you offered for Gamsat and interview preparation to be extremely useful, and would definitely recommend them to others.

Best regards

Sam

Hi.
What can I say...I first tried the GAMSAT in 2003. I got a 55. I then tried the GAMSAT in 2004. I got a 55. In both these years I went to Medprep. It wasn't working for me, so in 2005, I invested in your 10 practise GAMSATs. In 2005, I got a 67. I got a 57 in the first part (I felt all of the texts in the practise gamsats were far easier than the real test). I got a 73 in the second section (Blitzed it!). I got a 68 in the science section (finally a score that a science student should be content with!). I religiously completed every test, and then went back and reviewed every single question I got incorrect. My accuracy increased, and my mental endurance increased. On the day, felt contentment during the test, because I had a much better feeling of how I was going (I knew I stuffed the 1st section and blitzed the second section). Your materials took me from the 35th percentile, to the 95th. I felt that this year, I didn't know anymore than previous years, infact, I feel I probably forgot a lot of the science I have studied. But the gamsat isn't about knowledge, it's about performance and cognitive function. With your training, I achieved a gamsat score good enough to be very competitive in any university in the country. I cannot express my gratitude to the level which I wish I could. My feet still haven't touched the ground. Just as an aside, I did noticed approx 15 or so science questions that I (still) believe are incorrect. On noticing I was incorrect, I referenced textbooks and consulted friends and science-educated people, and they concurred with my answer. But what does it matter now, I'm going to be a doctor!

Daniel N
